Service
Aquascan has a full service facility, and can repair most of the Aquascan products, both old and new. Unfortunately, we have limited capabilitty with the MC3 magnetometer due to parts availability. Our USA representative is also able to carry out repairs.
If you have equipment that you believe is faulty, then in the first instance follow the troubleshooting guides. You will find these in your manual and in the troubleshooting section of this site.
If you have equipment that requires a service, then contact us to arrange repair. Please have the model number, serial number, and details of the fault to hand. Before sending any equipment that requires a service or repair to Aquascan, please fill in this form and email it or include it with your equipment. Please note that you will require the latest version of Adobe Reader to use the form.
There is a minimum charge for repairs to cover handling and testing. These charges are currently: £60 for diver held equipment, and £100 for magnetometers. This does not apply to equipment that is covered by our 12 month warranty.
MC5 magnetometers are able to be upgraded to give the ability to log survey, GPS and depth data to a PC. The upgrade comes with the necessary leads and AQLogEdit software.
